TYSON MOVIE IS RUMORED TO BE A CLASSIC!
I am so hyped to see this movie! Don’t sleep Iron Mike Tyson is one of the most magnetic, tragic legends of our time. I love how honest he is.
RICK ROSS PULLS A 50. IS 50 CENT LOSING?
This is getting crazy! Remember when 50 Cent had a funeral for Cam’ron (or Cam’ron’s career)? Well, it appears that Ross is going to do the same to 50 Cent. 50 Cent is “funeralized” in a new short video by Rick Ross the BAWSE. I’m not quite sure what to make of this at this point. 50 Cent had all of the momentum and now it seems to be shifting to Ross. I wonder if 50 Cent is just chilling so that he doesn’t help Ross promote his CD? Not sure. Rick sure is going in on 50 Cent though. WHOA. Now, check out “In Cold Blood.”

Daily Rant: Style vs. Fashion

Right off the bat lets get it out the way; I’m a B-Town dude fresh to def all day! Our swagg is different. We’re more reserved, more hood than any suburb I have ever seen (most of our residents came up on some money and moved on up to the West side), so we are leery of new trends. I came up with Caribbean, Indian and African kids and all of us had mad leather jackets, jeans, sneakers and the flyest of us, cars. We did the fades, the cross colors, the chains and all the fashion that had dominated the 90′s and 00′s but we grew older and crafted our own individual styles.
Toronto this is my message for you, as an insider with, at times, the luxury of an outsider’s view. People should 
cultivate a personal style overtime that is consistently representative of them. Latest fashion trends simply provide a pallet from which you should be creating your image; everything is not for you.
I had an ol’ head (That’s an OG, i.e. an older gentlemen on the block ready to drop knowledge) ask me why all these men are dressing like gays now-a-days and I had to laugh, sorry but he had a point. We talked and we both are fans of the fitted clothes and the return to maturity in regard to how men are dressing but some of the Metropolitan men are pushing the envelop too far. Rappers, especially hipsters, this is for you; men should retain a certain level of masculinity within their image. Jeans should not fall off your a** to your thighs but they shouldn’t be skin tight and display your package forcing anyone in the immediate vicinity to forgo anything they may have dropped below waist level for fear of being eye level with your indecency – I digress. Gold is for jewelery not sneakers, I’m saying if that is your style then God bless you and run with it but if your being trendy may God help you when these pictures resurface because I will laugh the loudest! Yea that’s how we get it in over here lol.
Come on, really!? I like mature swagg but………… If your jeans are tighter than your girlfriend’s and you wax your eyebrows (uni-brow suffers are exempt) please play the video below 1000 times:
ADDENDUM:
For those who have been offended by this piece I offer this to you. I am aware that those who were following the thug movement looked equally as rediculous with their following of that trend but this piece is written for now and the fashion trends being offered now. As mentioned above, if your true style is represented by the mentioned fashion trend then by all means express yourself but if you are simply being trendy then choose wisely. I for one think that the extremely skinny jeans on men are a prime example of a horrible trend that many are following to be fashionable. Slim jean, fit jeans and even old skool rock tight fit jeans can be stylish but “skinny” jeans, in my opinion, are devoid of style and are borderline classless. When your jeans are tighter than that of a woman’s and are readily displaying your package, I don’t think that is stylish. On that note God bless all, and to all a good day.
Lindsay Lohan Dating Men Again
According to BANG media, Lohan loves men again. Lol, I still can’t believe Prodigy of Mobb Deep was showing her groupie love. Read below:
Lindsay Lohan is “back on men” and left a Las Vegas party with a mystery male on Saturday (18.04.09).
The actress, who was recently dumped by DJ Samantha Ronson following a year-long romance, was seen flirting with the unnamed hunk at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas – the venue for the after-party for Mel B’s new burlesque show ‘Peepshow’. A source said: “Lindsay had a brilliant time watching ‘Peepshow’ and was cheering and clapping throughout.
“At the after-party she focused her attentions on a good looking young guy and the pair were quickly introduced. After swapping numbers they were texting throughout – from opposite sides of the swimming pool.”
Lindsay and her new friend hit it off so well they left the event together and reportedly ended up at the actress’ lavish hotel room.
The source added to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “They went on to a comedy club before returning to Lindsay’s penthouse suite. It had a hot tub and a marble cocktail bar – Lindsay was joking about making the most of all the facilities.”
Earlier in the evening, the ‘Mean Girls’ star had a heart-to-heart conversation with former Spice Girl Mel B and told the singer she was “back on men”.
Last week, Lindsay was seen getting close to Leonardo DiCaprio at a Hollywood party.
A source said: “As soon as Lindsay saw Leo she was like a bee to honey. When she spotted him in a dark corner of the club she headed straight for him. She quickly monopolized his conversation and made sure she had him all to herself.”
However, Lindsay – who has sparked concern after partying hard following her split from Samantha – was left disappointed when the actor shunned her advances and left to spend time with girlfriend Bar Refaeli.
The source added: “They talked and Lindsay danced in front of him but nothing happened. They went home separately.”
