MONICA BRINGS R&B BACK WITH HER RETURN!
MONICA RETURNS!
According to Tiffany Long of Atlanta Gossip. R&B songstress Monica is preparing to release her highly anticipated fifth album, Still Standing, this November. The album will coincide with her reality show of the same title that will be airing on BET. The show is set to document the recording process of the new album. Here we have two newly leaked snippets. The first snippet “Betcha She Don’t Love You” is an 80s inspired mid-tempo produced by Missy Elliott. The other, “Stay or Go” gives us classic Monica vocals with production from Ne-Yo. It’s a really nice, straight-up R&B joint.

DRAKE SIGNS WITH ATLANTIC RECORDS!
Drake is now signed to Atlantic. You heard it here first. Drake is reportedly looking for beats for his upcoming album and he is already working with artists like Jay-Z. I also heard that he is at the top of the list on their releases. I am not sure how exactly…perhaps it’s alphabetical order or something. Drake was listed as a release on ATF Records/Atlantic Records, but had no planned release. Also in Rumor Land, Drake officially started on his album as of June 1. By the way, ATF stands for All Things Fresh. There are a couple other ATF Records out there.
50 Cent Pulls Farmington Mansion Off The Market
50 Cent’s Connecticut mansion — priced at more than $14 million — is off the market after nearly two years and no buyers, according to local real estate agents.
50 bought it in 2003 for $4.1 million and it’s been for sale for 722 days, first with an asking price of $18.5 million. Late last year, the asking price was dropped to $14.5 million in an effort to attract more potential buyers.
In May, the listing contract has not yet been re-listed for sale, an agent familiar with the estate said.
The 50,000-square-foot mansion on 17 acres has 19 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms as well as a gym, billiard rooms, racquetball courts and a disco with a “dancing” room complete with stripper poles.
Past owners of the home include boxer Mike Tyson and real estate swindler Benjamin Sisti, a founder of Colonial Realty, who initially built the estate in 1987.
After 50 Cent (whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III) bought the property, he spent an estimated $10 million on renovations, including a 40-person hot tub inside a grotto.
“The house is not worth $1 over $5 million,” said Prudential Premier Homes agent Rob Giuffria. “Celebrities often overvalue a house, so they keep dropping in price. That home in that location is not worth anywhere near $14 million, and it will never sell for that, no matter how long you leave it on the market.”

Trust me people. Freeway did get a raw deal. But he’s about to show ‘em all! Ya heard it here first! Freeway is getting a label deal from Baby of Cash Money Records and the deal is major. Not only does this include a new album from the Philly Fanatic, but it also includes a new label called Free Money Records! So, if you are a fan of Freeway, you can truly thank ya boy Baby for this one.
EMINEM KNEW BORAT WOULD SIT ON HIM
Ever wondeer why Eminem was more physical if he was so upset. Maybe Miss Info has the answer. I scooped this from Miss Info:

It would seem that Eminem was in on the gag, but didn’t think he would be staring at Bruno’s stank a**! Apparently, Borat Bruno was supposed to land in Em’s lap. They played Em! Rumor has it, they even had a mic on his A** to capture the “action.” Not cool, dude. G points revoked!!
