MOVADO AND VYBZ KARTEL MAKE PEACE

It seems unity is the new trend as artists with long standing feuds across several genres call a truce.  Not to be out done, reggae had its display of peace come via Movado and Vybz Kartel, to massive and influential reggae entities.  Here is some footage from Mavado’s manager, showing a snippet of the live event where it was announced.  Like many things on the island of Jamaica, this truce was facilitated by Carlos “Dudus” Coke, otherwise known as the president (not actual president).

I will be the first to admit that I am not 100% getting the appeal of all the animated barbie, kid voice talk but I am smart enough to know it is ot for me to get.  She can spit and is dope to listen to when the animation plays second to the music.  One thing we can all agree on is that Nicki is sexy and knows it.  Above I present exhibit A.

The more things change the more the stay the same.  After all the issue between the 2 parties, the LOX have returned to the label that made them.  That’s right the LOX are officially back with Diddy and BadBoy!

TORONTO RAP ARTIST VERSE BEATEN BY POLICE IN ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT

On December 6th, I had a brutal run in with the Toronto Police that has reminded of so many American stories we here.  I’m taking some time off to heal but I will release details later after I speak with my lawyers.  Peace and stay safe.

The left side of my face is still swollen
