Sometimes the music is best when the music speaks for itself.
This song was an immediate favourite the moment I heard it. Pusha definitely returned the favour nicely for Dream’s feature on his single. Enjoy.
Very few are creating visually artistic music videos on consistent in Hip Hop like Roc Nation (Not sure if Kanye is still signed under Jay but whatever). This video does not fall short of that standard. The imagery is powerful and the message is designed to be discussed no doubt. Its time to let the art speak for itself.
Pusha T has provided a vivid visual for his new single which although seems not to be directed to Lil Wayne and Drake has now become the official diss song for the summer thus far. The song features The Dream and it should be noted that both artists have expressed no love for Drake, so it is likely that subliminals were always meant to speak to their ears simultaneously.
Pusha is lyrical monster with credible street presence and he is flexing that part of his resume in this video. Enjoy!
See below for Lil Wayne’s response.
Hmmmm, gotta play better defence against Pusha. Just saying.
Today the Toronto Eaton Centre was tragically the host of a shooting scene resulting in 8 victims; 1 fatality, and 2 people in critical condition. The shooter is still at large. This is a horrible act of viscous callousness. Our prayers are with those who senselessly shot.
