I am sure I am not the first to tell you this but what you have been hearing is true, energy drinks do kill. If it is misuse or simply a tragic effect for some users, many people have died after using this product.
I used the 5 Hour Drink product when it first came out years ago and it did indeed keep me up but was a horrible experience. I couldn’t sleep but was tired and started getting a headache. To be honest I have used others like Redbull and Monster and have had no issue. Shout out to my good friend Fernelle who put me on to this, she said:
I saw this video this morning… linking lots of deaths and hospitilizations to ’Monster and 5 hour energy drink’ (a LOT of people I know drink these during exams and stressful times at work when they need the extra caffeine energy kick). The companies deny any causation… but the FDA has already released statements validating their claims (they typically don’t release anything until there is substantial evidence backing their claims). 14,000 people were hospitalized in 2009 for these high caffeine drinks! And more people are drinking them now.
If you DO drink them… please do so sparingly (just like eating sugar and taking ibuprofen and acetaminophen painkillers – all three have been linked to cancer when ingested long term). If you are low on energy (consider an apple which provides 10 times the energy that a cup of coffee does, exercise, and more try to get more sleep – even 20 minute naps when possible).
Watch the video below for more details.

Awww thanks for the love and post bro! I respect the way you’re spreading the news and helping raise awareness about this calamity. It’s heartbreaking to see people suffering because of the negligence of these companies. We HAVE to make them take accountability and motivate law-makers to implement stringent policies and regulate the caffeine and sugar contents in all supplements.
