Subway clients acrooss the globe are crying foul after this picture was posted by a disappointed customer. This story has been covered with many people posting their own pictures and several people threatening legal action; I am not here for that (although I understand that sentiment).
Imagine if someone had measured their sub and found that it was a 13 inch long footlong oppose to an 11 inch footlong? If a loyal customer had found an extra inch and went to lengths to sing the company’s praises how many people would feel positive toward the brand for giving even more than their customers pay for? In a world where everything from chip bags, forzen juice cans, pizza slice portions and gas value are shrinking, companies should be giving more instead of less; and we as customers should be rewarding them with our business and loyalty.
Today do a little more to serve better and give your detractors even less to point out and your supporters even more to praise you for. On another note, I guess Subway is learning the hard way what women have been saying all along, “every inch counts”. LOL, I know, corny but whatever. Peace.
