AIDS VACCINE DISCOVERD BY UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN ONTARIO!

That’s right, my alma mater has come up with the vaccine to Aids!  So proud right now.  I still bleed purple.  Read on:

LONDON, ONT. – Canadian researchers have been given a green light to test a vaccine for HIV/AIDS on humans.

The approval from the Food and Drug Administration will lead to further tests that, if successful, could see a vaccine on the market in about five years, researchers from the University of Western Ontario said in announcing the milestone Tuesday morning at the campus in London. WOMAN GETS ARRESTED FOR RACIST RANT DUE TO PUBLIC OUTRAGE (NOT SAFE FOR WORK)

I am going to put a positive spin on this story and not focus on the racist woman in the video but rather the public outrage that spanned all cultures.  We need to speak out wherever this behavior displays itself.  In the footage below a woman goes into a vile rant based in racism and if you look at the videos views and feedback, you can see that it was not tolerated.  Who cares?  Will this online feedback got her arrested the next day.  Everyone that commented and showed their outrage stood up for something and a difference was made.

“4 THE LOVE” LIFE RECORDS TAKES OVER LONDON AGAIN!

LIFE Records Entertainment Group and This Is London [[NOW]] present “4 The LOVE”. That is the formal headline but the real scoop is that this new party series is becoming the first “must attend” event of the year for the city of London.  Named DJ’s in an upscale, intimate venue with all the important people in London.  Why is this party doing so well?, apparently quality urban events are scarce now and there are few trusted entertainment brands in the city of London.   Expect to here anything from Wiz Khalifa to Slick Rick tomorrow night.  This one is going to be for the records.  Live LIFE indeed!

Somebody get a hold of Shad and tell him the big homie is looking for him. I think London and Toronto would really appreciate us together on a track. Reminds me of Big Pun’s “Strange Fruit” featuring Wyclef off of the CAPITAL PUNISHMENT album.  Epic!

ALICIA KEYS PLAYS THE DIVA IN LONDON

Alicia Keys passed on a luxurious 3 day stay in “the grandest suite of all at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge” (above), while in London,  because it wasn’t big enough and the vibe was not right.  The hotel is upset becasue Madonna and Michael Jackson had no problem

*RACISM ALERT* Leona Lewis, an R&B singer from the UK who was two pieced at a signing a few weeks ago, was thrown out of a store because the owner said she didn’t like the way her father looked and they were going to steal.

Funny just the other day someone was telling me they just returned after a trip to London for 2 years and they were complaining about the racism there.  Not the first time I have heard of it.  London UK whats going on?
